Questions to reflect upon from the Advent 1 sermon

• Whose voice am I listening to?

• Am I entering into dialogue with the enemy rather than going back to God’s word?

• Am I attracted by things that I know God doesn’t want me to be involved in?

• Am I hiding from God because I’m scared, ashamed, embarrassed and exposed?

• Am I blaming everyone else for my actions rather than myself? Have I repented?

• Am I embracing the HOPE that I can have through Jesus? Have I come to Him and said“sorry” and accepted a personal relationship with Him?

• Am I as thankful as I should be/could be that because of Christmas, the devil is defeated and God has won the battle?
