Appraisal form

Our senior pastor, Mark Elder, has volunteered to pilot an appraisal process during which church members, as well as family and peers, are given an opportunity to comment. If you are a church member and would like to take part, you can download an appraisal form here. Completed forms must be handed in to a member or the personnel team by the end of Sunday, December 2nd.
